1. Delivery Method

All purchases are delivered digitally via:

Email: To your registered email address

Account Dashboard: If you created a SysSell account

WhatsApp: If selected at checkout

2. Delivery Timeframe

Instant Delivery: 95% of keys are delivered within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation.

Rare Delays (under 5% of orders): May take up to 24 hours during high traffic or verification checks.

3. What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Key

Check your spam/junk folder

Check your SysSell account dashboard under “My Orders”

Contact our support team within 48 hours if still missing:

4. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee all keys will arrive as promised. If delivery fails due to our error, we will:

Resend your key immediately, or

Issue a full refund (100%) within 24 hours

5. Important Notes

Validity Period: Keys never expire before delivery. Please check the developer’s activation deadline after receipt.

Region Locks: Some keys are region-specific. Verify product descriptions before purchasing.

Fraud Prevention: Orders may be delayed for verification if flagged by our system.
