1. Eligibility for Refunds

Unused Keys: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the key has not been activated or revealed.

Invalid/Defective Keys: Eligible for free replacement or full refund, verified by our team within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable:

Keys marked as “Used” or “Activated” (per developer/licensor policies).

Orders older than 7 days, except for invalid keys covered under our Guarantee.

3. Refund Process

Approved Refunds: Processed within 1–10 business days, depending on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days

PayPal: 1–3 business days

Cryptocurrency: Case-by-case; equivalent value refunded

4. Exceptions
