3. Orders & Payments

Pricing: All prices are final unless a pricing error occurs. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies. All transactions are securely processed via PCI-compliant providers. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Delivery: Digital keys are delivered instantly or within 1–2 hours via email or dashboard. Check spam/junk folders if not received.

4. License & Usage

Purchased keys grant a non-exclusive, revocable license according to the software or game developer’s terms.

Restrictions:

No resale or commercial distribution without written consent.

No reverse engineering, hacking, or illegal use.

Sharing keys publicly voids warranty.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are granted only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Disputes must be submitted via email within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services to:

Commit fraud, scams, harassment, or illegal activity.

Exploit website bugs or misuse promotions.

Share or distribute keys publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SysSell or its licensors.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SysSell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our site or purchased keys.

We guarantee key authenticity but are not responsible for software developer issues beyond activation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which SysSell operates. Any disputes are subject to local courts.
