When will I receive my license key after purchase?

Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases, it may take 2–4 hours, depending on the product type and verification process.

I didn’t receive my license email — what should I do?

If you haven’t received your license within the expected time, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@syssell.com , and we’ll resend it right away.

How do I activate my software?

Open your software and enter the License Number, Product Number, and Validation Code provided in your confirmation email.

Can I use the same license on multiple computers?

Most licenses are valid for one computer only, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.
